Meet and help clients through the homebuying prep process. Provide aftercare following home purchase.
Must be or become HUD Housing Certified
Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Google suite)
Comfortable talking to people and making phone calls
High school diploma or GED
Must have own transportation
Local applicants only
Recommended: some college experience, real estate knowledge, passion or desire to work with the underserved local communities
Potential for licensing assistance (realtor, broker, notary, etc)
Closed for all major Holidays
Hybrid work schedule (remote work available after 90 days and certification completion)
*Most of the work can be done on your own time, however client meetings and correspondence must take place during regular business hours.
You will be the main point of contact for clients as they start the program until you hand them off to the realtor team. This includes communicating in a timely manner via telephone and/or email with the client and our program partners. After closing you will provide assistance to the clients for a period of 6 months, answering any questions and ensuring they are staying on track to keep their home.
